I started on my kit 10/1/15. The only manual I came home with was for the VS. I finished the VS. I received the rest of my manuals in november and have the frames built for the HS, RU, elevators & ailerons. I order the practice fabric kit from Spruce. As soon as the weather clears up I will start covering some of the frames. I have also worked on the fuel tanks. I am glad I started early on the tanks. They are a mess. Still chasing down one leak in the right tank.
My plan is to finish the flaps and wings.
Any suggestions on what to start on after that?

Re: building
The helpful article "How much space does it take to build an AirCam" posted under "News" on this website recommended the following order: Control surfaces(ailerons, flaps, rudder, horizontals); vertical then the center section and the wings last.
Re: building
I read the suggested article. Good tips.
I started the wing.before the center section. I'll do the center next. I'll wait to cover the wing till later. The wing stretched my building space. It's a little tight in the garage. The good news is I am using some of the big pieces. Once I complete the wing frames, I can move them to the hanger and free up some space in my garage.
