One of the builders I met at the Heaven's Landing fly-in uses http://www.mykitlog.com/ to keep track of his time and log his work. Search for AirCam in the "Builders Search" section on that website and you will see that Glenn Whitehouse has done a nice job of tracking his work and documenting his build in pictures. His entries will later double as his log book.
That site might be a good resource for AC builders.
