A friend has suggested a business plan which as the main service would be the fitting of our EPIC Cinema Cameras to an AirCam airframe for stock filming archives and stock footage. We are also thinking about offering rides to tourists as we are operating in a region of outstanding geographic beauty with a very large annual tourism sector.
Just wondering what are the licensing requirements when embarking on a commercial undertaking with these systems?
We would be operating in a Pacific Ocean location with zero competition.

OK So seeing as that may have been vague, what would be the requirements IF this was an undertaking in the good ol' US of A?
