My AirCam is almost ready for 1st flight but I need an ME rating. Anyone have a suggestion on how at least part of that training might be done in an AirCam?

I am in the final stages of purchasing a kit but this website and a web search has not provided much information about the progress of others. I would greatly appreciate the comments of others regarding plans, issues and "gotcha's." Many Thanks

Fear not.
I was in the same position last year before I pulled the trigger on the kit purchase. Having never built an airplane before and not knowing what to expect I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and completeness of the kit. The instructions are very well laid out, detailed and easy to follow with very clear illustrations for every step. If you ever run into a problem or question you can get it answered from the factory very quickly. As for information online there is not a lot but there are a couple of builders out there that were posting their progress. A couple out there include:
http://aircambuilderslog.com/ and http://aircambuilder.blogspot.ca/2011/11/im-back.html

Although both do not show the completion of an Aircam they do give you an idea of what to expect. I have been photographing my progress and will someday set something up online but right now the building is the priority....
